This course describes how persistent pain presents and how to assess pain in older adults, including those living with dementia and/or multiple chronic conditions

Overview

After completing this course, practitioners will be able to describe and evaluate the effectiveness of traditional and non-traditional pain treatment options, understand how to manage pain at the end of life, and discuss how prognosis influences treatment decisions.
