Best Practices
This section contains two best practice guidelines to promote healthy aging: Best Practices and Resources for the Primary Care of the Older Adult (1) and Care of the Older Adult with Chronic Disease (2).

Competencies
This section contains a curriculum map with AACN competencies, hospital competencies, and baccalaureate nursing competencies.

Guide Index
The guide index includes a curriculum guide for faculty, guidance for older patients in HIV care, and a volunteer health corps guide.

GITT 2.0 Toolkit
The GITT 2.0 Model aims to improve patient/caregiver-centered outcomes, healthcare costs, and overall population health by promoting interprofessional teams in practice-academic collaboratives.
