Overview

The course will also discuss the roles of interprofessional team members in the assessment and managements of depression, dementia, and delirium in older adults.

This series was developed to assure that interprofessional team members have the knowledge to care for older adults in the home. These modules promote team-based, coordinated, person-centered, evidence-based, quality home care for older adults.

This series was created by The Hartford Institute of Geriatric Nursing (HIGN) at New York University Rory Meyers College of Nursing, in partnership with the Visiting Nurse Service of New York.
