This series reviews different leadership skills and focuses on what it means to be a leader in one’s practice. It also highlights how organizations support leadership development to enhance recruitment and retention.

The modules in this series can be completed individually or altogether. Nursing continuing professional development contact hours will be provided for each of the modules.

Individuals who complete this series will be able to:

2. Use skills appropriate to lead teams in routine activities as well as in crisis situations.
