Overview

The modules in this series can be completed individually or altogether. Nursing continuing professional development contact hours will be provided for each of the modules.

Individuals who complete this series will be able to:

  1. Differentiate between being a manager and being a leader.
  2. Use skills appropriate to lead teams in routine activities as well as in crisis situations. 
  3. Create a culture of respect and high performance through shared decision-making and by managing up, down and across.
  4. Encourage accountability for and engagement with one’s work on an individual and team level.
