Assessing Cognition

The goals of cognitive assessment include the following:

A.  To determine an individual’s cognitive abilities

B.  To recognize early and diagnose the presence of cognitive impairment

C.  To monitor an individual’s cognitive response to various treatments

Age Related Changes

To identify anatomical and physiological changes, which are attributed to the normal aging process

Advance Directives
